These pictures show Rover. Above, Bill Harrell plays by wrapping Rover's nose with the leash. I am not sure why the Harrell's got a dog during the war years. Bill relates 6 Jan. 2002, "We got Rover as a stray, and he was mostly grown when we got him. He took us with us. He wasn't a pup when we got him." I believed Rover died sometime around Oct. 27th, 1953 because of a date on one of the pages.
