Dad mentioned only a few snow storms to hit Rocky Mount, his home town.  Located in central NC, this was a small southern town.  Rover seems perplexed with this strange cold white accumulation.  This snow fall netted nearly 5 inches.  Evidence suggests though that the town had some snow removal equipment as seen in lower left with a plowed street.
