Mr. Jessee provided security on the USS Boxer during transportation to Pacific. He arrived in Okinawa following the Japanese surrender and assigned Shore Patrol. He was present during a terrific typhoon on Okinawa. Later served as Store Keeper (SK3c) petty officer and Naval Airforce Reserve ('48-'52)
